Seriously, this woman is on a nonstop bitch fest. So they did an episode with a person who had down syndrome and she takes it as a jab at her own family to which someone has down syndrome. How synical.
To me it was showing us they are people too who have a lot of the same flaws we do. How did they mock her condition by portraying that.
